No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases made at Velzaara. All sales are final.

Size Selection & Exchange

We do not offer free exchanges for incorrect size selections. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

  • The exchanged item will only be dispatched after we receive the original item in unused condition, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.

Damaged Items or Missing Components

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with a parcel opening video as proof.
The video must:

  • Be continuous and unedited

  • Start from the moment the parcel is opened

  • Clearly show the issue with the item

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your claim.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • If verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion

Wrong Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a parcel opening video. Once verified, we will arrange to send you the correct item.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order details (size, color, quantity, and shipping address) carefully before confirming your purchase.

Color Disclaimer

We strive to present product colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen resolution and lighting conditions. We do not guarantee an exact match to the product images.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases from Velzaara are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
