Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process and prepare your items for dispatch. We carefully pack each item to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition.

Pre-Order Products

For pre-order items, please note that the processing time is slightly longer. Kindly allow 10 to 15 business days after placing your order for us to prepare your pre-order items before dispatch.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. You can choose the one that best suits your needs.

Shipping Timeframes

Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across India from the date of dispatch.

Once dispatched, an estimated delivery window will be provided.

Tracking Information

After your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note:

  • Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details
  • Inaccessible delivery locations

If you need to update your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at velzaara@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
